What it is for

It takes more than one

Encrypted material that needs several authorized ways together.

Leave the key at home

Travel with encrypted files; the device that opens them stays behind.

Under embargo until release

Announcements that stay shut until the release time.

Records that outlive staff

Declared organization recovery, not a hidden master key.

For organizations

Enterprise deployment, made easy

Four steps. PolyLock™ adds no server to your environment. Today this covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, Linux and BSD; the organization features on Android are still to come.

Step 1

Buy seats where you already buy software.

Through the store that already serves the device: Apple Business Manager for Apple devices, and our store for Windows, Linux and BSD. No license server.

Step 2

Sign your organization bundle.

One signed file: your policy, your organization’s ways in, your members. Signed by two of your own custodians, on your own machine. We do not see it.

Step 3

Put the bundle behind your sign-in.

Where your people already sign in: an intranet share, SharePoint, a page behind your identity provider.

Step 4

Each person installs the app and grabs the bundle.

From the store, or pushed by your device management. About two minutes per person.

PolyLock™ deployed. No server to stand up, no firewall port to open, and no service of ours running in your environment. A joiner, a leaver or a new policy is a re-signed bundle.
